1. About Grpper
Grpper is a platform that enables users to discover, organize, participate in, and manage sports tournaments, corporate sporting events, community activities, and related experiences.
Grpper may also facilitate event registrations, team management, scheduling, venue coordination, and online payments for sports-related activities.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws.
Users under the age of 18 may access Grpper only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minors using the Platform.
Grpper shall not be held responsible for unauthorized use by minors.

Grpper does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any tournament, venue, organizer, or third-party service listed on the Platform.
5. Bookings, Registrations & Payments
All registrations, bookings, or participation requests made through Grpper are subject to availability, organizer approval, and successful payment processing.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways using methods such as:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets or other supported payment methods
Grpper is not responsible for delays, transaction failures, banking issues, or technical errors originating from payment providers or financial institutions.
A booking or registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the tournament, organizer, venue, or event.
Users are advised to review the applicable cancellation policy before making payments.
Grpper may facilitate refunds where applicable but is not responsible for disputes arising between users, organizers, teams, or venue partners regarding refunds or cancellations.
Refund timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
7. User Conduct
While using Grpper, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post abusive, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
- Disrupt platform functionality or security
- Engage in fraudulent activities or payment abuse
Grpper reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
8. Organizer & Venue Responsibilities
Tournament organizers, venues, and partners using Grpper are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event and pricing information
- Honoring confirmed registrations or bookings
- Maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
- Managing event execution and participant experience
- Handling venue-specific disputes or incidents
Grpper acts only as a facilitating platform and shall not be liable for issues arising directly from organizer or venue services.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, software, designs, graphics, text, and content available on Grpper are the property of Grpper or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of Grpper is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant transaction or booking

Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms or use of the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
