Account Deletion – Grpper
Users can request deletion of their Grpper account and associated personal data by emailing:
grppersports@gmail.com
Please include:
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email address
What will be deleted:
- User profile information
- Booking history
- Saved preferences
- Account authentication data
What may be retained:
- Transaction/payment records required for legal or tax compliance
Retention period:
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
