By using Grpper, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.


1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and related conditions for services booked or registered through Grpper, including but not limited to:

  • Sports tournaments
  • Venue bookings
  • Team registrations
  • Match participation
  • Community events
  • Corporate sports activities
  • Add-on services or premium features

The policy applies to all users, teams, organizers, and partners using the Platform.


2. User-Initiated Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation Before Scheduled Activity

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing prior to the scheduled event, booking, or slot.

2.2 No-Show or Late Arrival

  • Users who fail to attend a booked event, match, or slot without cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Delayed arrival does not extend booking duration or qualify for partial refunds.
  • Missed matches or tournament participation due to personal reasons are non-refundable.

3. Organizer or Venue Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation by Organizer, Venue, or Partner

If a booking, event, or match is cancelled by the organizer, venue, or partner due to reasons such as:

  • Venue unavailability
  • Technical or operational issues
  • Double booking
  • Maintenance work
  • Weather-related restrictions
  • Insufficient participation
  • Scheduling conflicts

then users may be eligible for:

  • Full refund of the paid amount, including platform fees where applicable, or

The mode of refund shall be determined by Grpper based on the situation.


3.2 Repeated Organizer or Partner Issues

Grpper reserves the right to take action against organizers or venue partners involved in repeated cancellations, poor service, or policy violations, including:

  • Temporary suspension
  • Restriction of listings
  • Reduced platform visibility
  • Permanent removal from the Platform

4. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds may be processed through one of the following methods:

  • Original payment source

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • Payment gateway processing
  • Banking systems
  • Technical verification
  • Transaction method used

Grpper is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or technical systems outside its control.


5. Convenience & Processing Fees

Platform charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, or convenience fees may be non-refundable unless:

  • The cancellation occurs due to an error caused by Grpper
  • The organizer or venue cancels the booking
  • A duplicate or failed transaction is verified

6. Rescheduling Policy

Certain events, matches, or bookings may be eligible for rescheduling instead of cancellation, subject to:

  • Organizer approval
  • Slot availability
  • Venue policies
  • Tournament rules

Grpper does not guarantee rescheduling for all bookings.


7. Force Majeure

Refunds, compensation, or rescheduling may not be applicable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • Power or internet outages
  • Strikes or civil disturbances
  • Extreme weather conditions

Grpper reserves the right to make case-by-case decisions in such situations.


8. Misuse & Fraudulent Activity

Grpper reserves the right to:

  • Restrict cancellation privileges
  • Suspend wallet or refund access
  • Temporarily or permanently terminate accounts

in cases involving:

  • Repeated abuse of refund policies
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Fake bookings or registrations
  • Payment manipulation
  • Policy misuse

9. Changes to This Policy

Grpper may revise or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time without prior notice.

Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of Grpper after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
